All in a Day’s Work is a collection of artworks from the students of BA Fine Art at Kingston University. They were either made or inspired from workshops that were run by the artist collective disPLACEd studios. The workshops were motivated by the creative practices of the artists within the collective. They explored collage, mindful sketching, and life drawing. The collective’s aim was to foster a sense of co-learning and to pass on skills to other artists. This exhibition is the culmination of this enterprise. As it displays the creative potential that can occur when ideas are shared, and the importance of this in establishing the next generation of artists. Furthermore, this exhibition showcases the wealth of creative talent that exists within the local area.
