Organised by the Friends of Richmond Libraries (which operates under the aegis of artsrichmond) at 7.30 pm at the Richmond Reference Library in the Old Town Hall, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond.

The Annual Open Forum for library users arranged Ian Dodds, LBRuT Head of Culture, responsible for the library service, will talk on Libraries in an Age of Austerity: Caxton or Kindle? Britain's public library service contineus to face real threats. Concerned about the availability of books? Worried about opening times or the introduction of self service?
